Clients will review and sign a form of consent before the session begins. This will provide consensus for the professional and client. 

 

I will confirm with you the day before our session. Once, we confirm and on the appointment day you do not show up or are late without any prior notice then a 5% percent addition will be included with your total appointment fee.
